Back on the Wagon

It's been a while since I last wrote, and I could say that that is very characteristic of me - the only thing consistent about me is that I'm so inconsistent. When I started this blog (not long ago) I wanted to write every day (or as close to that as possible) but it didn't take long before I fell off the wagon. Ok, I'm not going to beat myself up over this little set back (I'll blame it on the holidays, the kids, the weather…) and I will pick up where I left off.

So here's what I've been up to since I last wrote…

We had a fun sukkot – I loved having the girls home with me, and specially loved not having to worry about who could or would look after then, who would take them and fetch them, and all the other worries I had when I was at work. We finally had a chance to spend time with friends and family.

We also went to Jerusalem with Lilach and Sharon to meet Hedva, Tamir and Osher (who is now walking – Congratulations!!!). We went to Sakar Park - I highly recommend visiting when you're in Jerusalem. There's a nice big grassy area, and lovely playground, a dog park and more (that we didn't see). The kids loved it, so we will definitely be going there again.

I took Shiraz to the dentist who removed two teeth – the new ones were growing behind her milk teeth, which weren't going to fall out any time soon, so we had to do it. The dentist used laughing gas, which wasn't really funny, but she was very good and she'll be getting a pair of roller blades….

We went to Big Deal and Ikea to buy shelves and lots of nick knacks. We took Meshi with us, so it was quite an entertaining day.

I can't really remember what else we've been up to, I guess that's why I should be more consistent, I will be able to write things down before I forget that I did them.
